"My very first treatment at American Laser Centers was the laser hair removal treatment.  I chose the lower legs and bikini package.   I must admit, I'm a whimp when it comes to pain (aren't we all) and have had horrible experiences in the past with waxing.  I was extremely impressed with Gracie and all the information she had to offer regarding the laser process.  The treatment iteslf was surprisingly painless.  It was ten times better than the excruiating pain you get from infamous waxing procedures!  I'm excited about spring break & summer approaching and NOT having to shave my legs or worry about the embarassing hair and razor bumps when I wear my swim suit! The microderm abrasion treatement and the photofacial were impressive, as well!  I've had microderms in the past, but none like this.  Esthetician Shannon was very thorough and took her time explaining the whole process and how important it is to follow up with the photofacial to remove the sun spots and uneven skin tone.  In just one treatment, I could feel and see a difference! Anita's BIO:

My name is Anita Gates and I am 45 years old.  I am a resident of Fort Walton Beach and have lived in this area since I was six years old -- I consider myself a native!

I am a single parent with two beautiful daughters, Sarah, 16 who attends Choctawhatchee High School and Mary, 13 who attends Meigs Middle School.

I am going on 15 years as a self-employed  Free Lance Court Reporter.  I enjoy being involved in my community and volunteering with local charities as often as I can.  Presently, I am on the American Cancer Society Cattle Barron's Ball Committee and I am also a "Mentor" in the Take Stock in Children Program for Okaloosa County.

I am big into health & fitness and have come to know that the older I get, it's up to ME to look, feel and be the best that I can be!  I love to exercise, workout with weights and participate in the spin classes at Total Fitness of Fort Walton Beach.  I just recently started attending yoga classes and am also a member of the Emerald Coast Cycling Club.

I am thrilled and honored that I have been selected as the spokesmodel for American Laser!   I am so excited for this awesome opportunity and look forward to the one year transformation and final outcome.  I truly hope that I encourage and inspire women in their 40s and up to know and believe that they really can feel and look their best at any age!
